- How Much Should I Take ?
We recommend for optimum results 25 grams in 250 ml of cold or room temperature water. Never Hot water due to the Probiotics which are live cultures. You can include your daily serve in your favourite smoothies or juices. Looking for a maintenance programme? We recommend the 25 gram serving size 4 to 5 days per week. Cheers to Good Health 
- What Is The Flavour Like?
Our Botanical Elixir is a completely natural product and the flavours from the fruit powders release a strong citrus tang with a berry after taste. Enjoy!
- Is it safe ?
Our products are Manufactured and Packed in Australia under stringent regulations and safety control standards. All product testing has been carried out by SAALS Lab in South Australia. Our product contains no chemicals no artificial flavours colours or sweeteners. Our Elixer is plant based, gluten free, nut, dairy and egg free. Please consume with confidence!

- Storage Conditions
IBH Botanical Elixir is preservative free so once opened, it needs to be consumed within 60 days. Store in cool dry conditions (15 to 25 degrees Celsius) in air tight container. Always use a dry scoop (provided). Enjoy !
- How long does It take to see results?
