We all know that fairies dance around our produce and create nutrients that give us healthy skin (enter Vitamins A, C and E🍠🌽) Yet while some foods can be great for building healthy skin, others, such as bread🍞pizza 🍕and pasta🍝 can cause inflammation. Fill your plate with 80% live food and 20% cooked. Your digestion will thank you for it.
2️⃣ Go au naturel with your skincare routine🙈
We think the saying "less is more" has never been truer than with skincare✅Unless your skin is having breakouts or under an unusual amount of stress, we find the simple things are often the best. Find a good cleanser that works for your skin type and stay as close to nature as possible🌴💦We will often use coconut oil as a moisturiser throw on a non-toxic SPF ☀️and you're good to go!
