IBH Morning Smoothie

Which is exactly why we add a handful of nuts to our IBH Morning Smoothie!🍵🍉⁠


Here's our current fave:⁠
2 frozen ripe bananas (peeled)⁠
1/3 cup frozen berries⁠
2-3 heaped Tbsp cocoa powder⁠
2 Tbsp almond butter (optional)⁠
1 Tbsp chia seeds ⁠
1 Tbsp @innerbeautyhealthaustralia powder⁠
1 - 2 cups your favourite nut milk (we like coconut)⁠
1 tsp Rice Malt Syrup (optional)⁠
1 big handful of baby spinach (washed)⁠
