Which is exactly why we add a handful of nuts to our IBH Morning Smoothie!🍵🍉
Here's our current fave:
2 frozen ripe bananas (peeled)
1/3 cup frozen berries
2-3 heaped Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp almond butter (optional)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp @innerbeautyhealthaustralia powder
1 - 2 cups your favourite nut milk (we like coconut)
1 tsp Rice Malt Syrup (optional)
1 big handful of baby spinach (washed)
