Healthy Eating as we grow older!

A low carb diet is important to maintain a healthy weight.


If you are an inactive person, eating high-sugar foods, or have a personal or family history of obesity, you need to limit the carbohydrates in your diet.
Carbohydrates are found in grains, pasta, rice, cereals and starchy vegetables.


Your metabolism will start to slow down as you age, so it’s important to keep your weight down by eating the right kind of foods and exercising.
There are many effective diets that can help people lose weight and maintain a healthier lifestyle. One such diet is the low carb diet, which restricts carbohydrates and encourages protein and fat consumption. Another is the clean diet - avoiding processed foods and sugars.


A low carb diet is a popular type of diet. It involves eating a variety of foods that are low in sugar and carbohydrates.
It can be a tough to find tasty foods that will keep you satisfied when on a low carb diet, but there are plenty of options out there. Just try to keep it simple !

My own mantra that has governed my active life style is to keep it clean and green as possible. One cheat day a week (meaning 😜one meal some wine too) and lots of exercise daily or whenever i can fit it in as life does become hectic at times! Keep calm, meditate often, drink lots of water include a daily dose of your favourite Botanical Elixir (you know what mine is😄 ) and you will be turning that clock backwards. More vitality More Energy better looking skin for years to come!
